I recently embarked on a 4 day kidney cleanse. "Why are you doing a kidney cleanse?!" said everyone! Well rewind about 2 and a half years ago, I moved from my home town, this small little mountain town, to the city for the first time. Long story short, the move took a toll on me emotionally, which definitely transferred to my physical health. Your mind, body connection is a huge part of your overall wellbeing. Leaving the one place I knew, starting up a brand new life, and saying goodbye to friends and family I was close to was a lot to process, & emotionally, it was the hardest thing I've ever done. Without going off on an entire story about this, I'll save it for another blog, and fast forward back to health going downhill. I went to a few acupuncturists for a lagging knee injury that yes, they fixed in three sessions... another blog post. lol. Clearly I need more time to blog... anyways... They both said I had weak kidneys. Random huh? So I looked into it further, and your kidneys play a very important role in the rest of your bodies functions. It's our filtration system for toxins to be eliminated, & when the kidneys are weak, our other organs start to work in overdrive. A kidney cleanse made the most sense to jumpstart my body back to health & clean my bodies "air filter."
One of the accupuncturist recommended Global Healing Center's oxy-powder when I originally went there for my knee injury. I was having digestive issues, not feeling myself, & although skeptical, I was open to trying whatever these things were. Although things were going well, each of the seven dimensions of wellness: social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and physical wellness where being tested. No wonder my body was going through health issues!

Night before cleanse try getting addequate sleep and go to bed by 9pm
Kidney Cleanse Drink:
1 gallon distilled water for full 4 days…
2 oz (whole bottle of renaltrex
Juice of 1 lemon
Aka split this up so that you are drinking a quarter of this each day.
1 gallon distilled water for full 4 days
1 days portion:
(FOR SNACKS, IN BETWEEN MEALS AND WHEN THIRSTY AND DRINK AS MUCH AS YOU’D LIKE, THE MORE THE BETTER FOR RESULTS)
Pour out 6oz water
1 oz ACV
4oz fresh lemon juice
*my favorite is papaya & watermelon cut up in a bowl (fresh is best, but frozen & dried are ok too)
apples/ grapes/ oranges/ papaya/ watermelon/ strawberries/ raspberries/ blueberries
8 oz of kindney cleanse drink
WATER & SNACK
Snack (optional): raw seeds such as sunflower, chia, hemp, pumpkin, or walnuts, almonds, brazil nuts
12 oz of water/lemon/ACV
KIDNEY CLEANSE DRINK 8oz
Vegetables, homemade veggie soup, salad…
Cabbage, asparagus, beets, celery, tumuric, ginger, parsley
8oz glass of kidney cleanse drink
12 oz water/lemon/ACV drink
Optional snack but try to avoid* & just drink water: 1 handful of nuts

Same suggesttions as lunch
Artichoke, salad greens, avocado, asparagus, beets, cabbage, cucumbers, kale, sprouts, garlic, onions, cauliflower
Water/lemon/acv with dinner
Before bed, take 4 capsules of oxy-powder & 2 capsules of latero-flora
Lactero-flora helps balance probiotic bacteria in intestinal tract to assist in the kidney cleanse.
Get to bed by 10pm!
